Return & Refunds Policy of Golf Simulators Direct

Cancellations & Refunds Overview: At Golf Simulators Direct, we're proud to offer industry-leading return policies. Cancel your order before it ships at no cost (exceptions like custom orders apply; see details below). For inquiries, email sales@golfsimulatorsdirect.com or call (307) 218-7816.

Before Shipment Cancellations: To cancel an order before shipping, contact us promptly for a full refund. Reach out to our agents during business hours at (307) 218-7816, via the chat feature on our website, or email sales@golfsimulatorsdirect.com.

Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are welcome within 30 days. However, you as a customer are responsible for all associated shipping costs. 

Due to increasing shipping costs, all outright returns are subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping charges. If exchanging, we may assist with some costs depending on the product.  Items must be returned unopened and unused.

Brand Exceptions:

• ProTee: All ProTee sales are considered final unless the product is defective, damaged in transit or does not arrive.  Defective or damaged items will be replaced by a similar item.
• Foresight: All sales are final
• Simbooth:No exchange, return or refund, or transfer to a third party will be accepted following the purchase of products on the website of SimBooth. Each order is considered final.
• Surf Thing: SurfThing will offer a 30-day refund if the following requirements are met: 
  - Product is defective
  - Product is not as described
  - Product must be in original packaging
  - Product must not be damaged

Shipping Times: We strive for prompt delivery, with estimated shipping times listed on product pages. Orders typically dispatch within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. Please be patient with any unavoidable delays, and thank you for your understanding.

Purchase Agreement: By purchasing from Golf Simulators Direct, you agree to inspect delivered items for damage, report any issues within 24 hours, and acknowledge responsibility for return shipping and restocking fees, where applicable.

Damages and Warranty: Upon delivery, inspect your item(s) for damage and report any issues immediately to facilitate an insurance claim. Warranties vary by manufacturer; details are available on individual product pages. Items damaged on arrival must be reported within 30 days to be considered warranty claims.

Returns and Warranties: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges caused by customer error unless stated otherwise on the product page. Our products come with guaranteed warranties for functional and operational items - see product pages for specifics.

Custom Order Cancellations: Cancellations and refunds aren't available for custom or made-to-order products, as these are crafted specifically for your order. These items are final sale, but your warranty ensures a fully functional product. Contact us if you're unsure about your order's status.

BOGO Promotions: For BOGO offers, both items must be returned for a full refund. Returning one item will result in a replacement or store credit. Return shipping charges and potential restocking fees apply, with refunds issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks: We aim to resolve any issues amicably and request customers to avoid fraudulent chargebacks. Customers filing unjustified chargebacks may face legal consequences. Contact us for assistance with any concerns.
