Low Price Guarantee

At Golf Simulators Direct, we are dedicated to offering our customers unbeatable value. If you find a lower price for an identical item at an authorized dealer (excluding eBay and similar auction sites) at the time of your purchase, we will match the price. To be eligible for our low price guarantee, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility: The lower price must be for an identical item, including model number, components, and warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at the lower price from an authorized dealer.

2. Authorized Dealers Only: The price match is only valid when the other seller is an authorized dealer. We do not match prices from eBay, auction sites, or unauthorized dealers.

3. Proof of Lower Price: Provide a direct link to the competitor's website showing the lower advertised price. The price must be publicly displayed and currently visible on the competitor's product page at the time of your request.

4. Claim Period: Price match claims must be made at the time of your original purchase from Golf Simulators Direct.

5. Exclusions: Our low price guarantee does not apply to clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged items, or special promotions such as rebates, coupons, or special financing offers.  Offers that violate established MAP guidelines (minimum advertising prices) for a given brand do not apply.

6. Price Match Process: Present your proof of lower price to our customer service team at the time of purchase. They will verify the price match and adjust your purchase price accordingly.

7. Additional Terms: We reserve the right to limit quantities. The low price guarantee is subject to change and can be discontinued at any time without notice.
