Spornia Return Policy

At Spornia, we know that life happens. While it’s our intention that every customer who orders from our website be fully satisfied with their order, if for any reason you decide you would like to return your order, we’ll be more than happy to work with you to process the return. 

We offer our customers a hassle-free 30-Day Return Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they’re able to do so within 30 days — the customer is responsible for the return shipping (taking advantage of our discounted rates). Return requests submitted beyond the 30-day mark will not be considered.

Customers may contact sales@golfsimulatorsdirect.com, at which point we will confirm the eligibility of the return and provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label. Returned items must be in the original packaging, include all parts and components, and be free of damage. If a return is accepted that does not meet these guidelines, a restocking fee up to 15% will apply. As soon as your return is initiated, received, and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days. The restocking fee and return shipping will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

Products eligible for return/exchange must be like-new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. For technology returns (such as launch monitors or projectors), all items must be undamaged and unregistered.

If the product is damaged upon arrival, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@spornia.com within 24 hours of delivery. Spornia will be happy to pay for return shipping on defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Note: Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable.

Damages

If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@spornia.com the day of delivery. Spornia will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.

Spornia Warranty

Thank you for choosing Spornia Golf. We take great pride in our products and want to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience with them.

Our products are designed to provide years of reliable use, but in the unlikely event that you experience a problem, we want you to know that we stand behind our products with the following warranty policy:

Netting Warranty:

The Spornia Golf netting warranty is for 60 days. The warranty covers tares in the netting that occur under normal use and care. If the netting becomes torn or damaged due to a manufacturing defect or material failure within the first 30 days of ownership, please contact us for a warranty claim.

Frame Warranty:

The Spornia Golf frame warranty is for one year. The warranty covers frame parts that break on their own due to manufacturing defects or material failure. However, this warranty does not cover frame parts that are twisted or damaged by the customer, misuse, or damages caused by exposure to weather conditions. If your Spornia Net is found to be defective within the warranty period, please contact us for a warranty claim. If the damage is determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective product, at our discretion, free of charge. If a repair is necessary, we will cover the costs of parts and labor.

Please note that all warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, and we reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the product to determine if it is covered under warranty.

Exclusions: 

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by cut / scuffed golf balls, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents. This limited warranty also does not cover damage caused by improper installation or assembly, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized parties. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to weather conditions, including wind, sun, snow, falling branches, hail, lightning, etc. 

This limited warranty also does not cover broken windows, wall damage, TV's, computers, etc. or any property damage from a ball going through a net.

If you find a lower price for an identical item at an authorized dealer (excluding eBay and similar auction sites) at the time of your purchase, we will match the price. To be eligible for our low price guarantee, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility: The lower price must be for an identical item, including model number, components, and warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at the lower price from an authorized dealer.

2. Authorized Dealers Only: The price match is only valid when the other seller is an authorized dealer. We do not match prices from eBay, auction sites, or unauthorized dealers.

3. Proof of Lower Price: Provide proof of the lower price, such as a link to the online price or a written quote from the authorized dealer.

4. Claim Period: Price match claims must be made at the time of your original purchase from Golf Simulators Direct.

5. Exclusions: Our low price guarantee does not apply to clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged items, or special promotions such as rebates, coupons, or special financing offers.

6. Price Match Process: Present your proof of lower price to our customer service team at the time of purchase. They will verify the price match and adjust your purchase price accordingly.

7. Additional Terms: We reserve the right to limit quantities. The low price guarantee is subject to change and can be discontinued at any time without notice.
