Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies only to purchasers who have purchased products directly from Laon Swing Craft or an authorized reseller of Laon Swing Craft. The warranties stated herein are non-transferable.

1. Launch Monitor Warranty

Laon Swing Craft warrants that all new products, hardware, and accessories will comply with Laon Swing Craft’s published specifications and be free from material and workmanship defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. The applicable period is referred to as the "warrantyperiod."

If you cannot provide proof of purchase, the manufacturing date recorded by the manufacturer will be considered the start date of the warranty period.

If any issues arise during the warranty period, you must report them to the manufacturer's customer support center. To apply for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original packaging or an equivalent protective package.
  2. A receipt showing the purchase date must be submitted.

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover defects or performance deficiencies that arise, in whole or in part, from factors not in accordance with the product description or specifications, including the following cases:

  1. The product was purchased from an unauthorized dealer that is not an official partner of Laon Swing Craft.
  2. The equipment was damaged or worn out due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
  3. The serial number originally attached to the product was modified or removed.
  4. The equipment was damaged due to accidents, disasters, or force majeure events.
  5. The equipment malfunctioned due to failure to follow our manuals or instructions.
  6. The failure was caused by an unauthorized power connection.
  7. The equipment malfunctioned due to attempted repairs, modifications, or changes bythe customer.

Laon Swing Craft is not responsible for malfunctions of equipment, software, firmware, oraccessories in the following cases:

  1. Any modifications or interruptions of the operating system or applications provided by Laon Swing Craft.
  2. Defects caused directly or indirectly by viruses or malware introduced by the user.
  3. Incompatibility issues with networks or software/firmware malfunctions attempted on workstations.

3. Invalid Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is deemed invalid, the customer must bear the return and shipping costs. If the shipping costs remain unpaid, the manufacturer will notify the customer of the unpaid amount. If the issue is not resolved within 90 days, it will be considered abandoned, and the manufacturer may claim damages, including storage fees.

4. Disclaimer

The warranty provided above is the only warranty available to you and supersedes all otherwarranties, whether written, verbal, express, implied, or statutory. There are no impliedstatutory warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.No employee or agent of Laon Swing Craft is authorized to offer additional warranties beyond what is described here.

5. Review of this Warranty Policy

This warranty policy may be updated from time to time as necessary. The terms applicable to you are those posted on our website on the date you use our website. We recommend printing a copy for your records. If you have any questions about our warranty policy, please contact us.

Return Policy

Please note that this policy is subject to updates.

1. Return Approval and Period

All returns must be pre-approved, and you must contact us within the designated period. The following products are eligible for return:

New Products (including hardware and basic software):

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the product is in new condition and original packaging.
  • If you do not contact us within the designated period, it will be considered as acceptance and use of the product. However, this does not mean the loss of product warranty rights.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

Returns, exchanges, or refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product was shipped.
  • Product damage was found upon receipt (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt).
  • The product has a defect.
  • The product is subject to a recall, and we are unable to take any of the following actions:
    • Replace it with a safe and similar product.
    • Modify the product to meet applicable standards.
    • Resolve the cause of the recall.
  • If return authorization is granted at the sole discretion of Laon Swing Craft.

Important Notes:

  • Products returned without prior approval may be sent back at the customer's expense.
  • If you notice any damage upon receipt, you must report it within 48 hours by contacting sales@laonpeople.com.

3. Return Conditions and Fees

  • The approval of returns, exchanges, or refunds is entirely at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return requests.
  • All approved returns must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Once a return is approved, it must be shipped back to the purchase location within 14 days.
  • Returns due to customer's change of mind will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • If the returned product is damaged, missing components, or shows signs of misuse, we may:
    • Reject the refund.
    • Charge an additional restocking fee.
  • Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • Products returned without prior approval will be returned to you at your own expense, and we will not be responsible for them.
  • Inspection, replacement, or refund will not be provided in cases of:
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Damage due to improper use or installation.

4. Return Procedure

If you wish to return a product, please contact us with the following details:

  • Customer name and contact information (email and phone number)
  • Order number
  • Serial number of the product to be returned
  • Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on the return method and location.
