The blackout screen attaches directly to the rear of the white impact screen. Minimizing the spacing between both screens has proven to mitigate projector light bleed through, resulting in a brighter picture.
Perfect for enclosures that are set up in areas with ambient light. The blackout is opaque and easy to attach via bungees and velcro, leveraging the same bungees used to attach your white impact screen.
This is the best projector I've ever had. Setup was very easy. The picture is amazing. I have a 14 ft wide screen and the colors are the best I've seen on any of the projectors I've had or others I've seen. I would recommend this projector for golf simulator or movie room.

Ordered our Protee VX on a Monday morning and received it that same week of Friday. Installed following the included instructions and software download. Was hitting golf balls Friday evening. Protee VX and Labs software is very accurate and the the company is continuously updating and improving the system performance.

I found the AK700ST all it was advertised to be. Install was very easy and the automatic screen fitting and focus for my 16' x 9' screen worked exceptionally well. I have the simulator constructed in my garage and found the 4000 lumens to be up to the task although I also installed dimmable LED downlights as well as a pin spot for the tee area. Would highly recommend this projector.
This projector checks all the boxes! Easy set up, amazing picture, and fit my 8x12 golf sim screen perfectly with the auto fit mode. This a must have for any golf simulator setup!
Tremendous hitting surface. Extremely soft and level, no wrist impact at. Have it set on my cement garage floor and have zero issues. Highly recommend spending the money.

I was skeptical of Golf Simulators Direct, they had the best deal on this projector that could find on the internet. Took a leap of faith and the transaction couldn’t have been better. Quick shipping and a good price. There isn’t much info about Golf Similators Direct, but don’t worry, they are legit and a pleasure to do business with. My setup is a work in progress but I’m getting there!
